What we need

Send the request from the WhatsApp number or email address associated with your interactions. Include your full name and phone number with country code. We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the account or number belongs to you.

Processing time

We aim to acknowledge your request within 72 hours and complete verified requests within 30 days. We will confirm through WhatsApp or email when the deletion process is complete, or explain if more time or information is required.

Marketing opt-out

If you only want to stop receiving offers, you do not need to delete all your data. Reply STOP to a promotional WhatsApp message or contact us using either method above. We will record the opt-out and stop future promotional messages to that number.

Information we may retain

Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, warranty, dispute, or transaction-record obligations. Any retained information will be limited to the required purpose and will not remain in active marketing lists.
